    @ArloSmartHome I want a wireless replacement for my wired doorbell. No idea who designed this setup, but WTF?! Just to change the network, open it, insert metal between 2 LIVE terminals. Can't get the QR code to scan after 20 min. TO CHANGE THE NETWORK!! What?!

    Hey @ArloSmartHome SO EVERYTIME I LOG INTO VIEW MY CAMERAS I HAVE TO PUT IN THE STUPID 6 DIGIT CODE? This is stupid, I have a password and change it often, I shouldn't have to login and do this every time. I love your products but you can have them back and I will go another way.

    Hey @ArloSmartHome why does your system always crash? We reset it, update it, make sure everything is charged and working and when we want to check in on our home while we’re away the damn system isn’t working. Why???

    I give up. Time to contact @ArloSmartHome support to get them to help me connect my video doorbell to my smart hub. Despite their FAQ docs telling me my hardware and firmware versions support this, their software (iOS or Android) just doesn’t give me the option to do this.

    @ArloSmartHome why does my arlo app opens and I have video but soon as I do anything on the app it tells me arlo is offline. My spotlight which is not through my base works fine. Ever since the last firmware update my base does not stay connected to the internet?

    Why is it every time I update my @ArloSmartHome app lately it just completely stops functioning? 🙄 Either the mic doesn’t work, or I have repeated login issues, or I just can’t access the feed at all. It’s always something, lately. It’s become completely useless.

    @ArloSmartHome May I have serious question, please? Why doesn’t my Arlo system sends an email/notification, in case a camera fails to connect? The camera seems to be offline, but I haven’t got any message from the system. Thanks for your support!

    So @ArloSmartHome talked me into trying their Pro 3 camera system again, and after a couple of months I have the same problem as with the last system. The base station randomly goes offline and my cameras are useless. Seriously disappointed!! May return to Costco!

    @ArloSmartHome our cameras stops recording at different times of the day. 3pm, 11pm, 7pm. Live view works when it wants to & when it does, only for about a minute then kicks you off saying you're offline. Last time it recorded was 7pm last night. So much for "protect" your home.

    @ArloSmartHome No, you can expect a nearly unusable system after being forced to use an inordinately bad 2 step verification routine EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO VIEW YOUR CAMERAS.. Arlo is horrifically bad to use now, stay away, look elsewhere..

    @ArloSmartHome I really want to like Arlo, but your customer service is crap. I can't justify buying 1500+ worth of stuff and having the manufacturer barely support the product. If I have an issue, I want to get responded to reasonably and not a couple months later.

    Never buy @ArloSmartHome gear if you want a home security camera setup that actually works. 1. Only one family member can use the iPhone/Android app or web interface at a time - everyone else is automatically signed out when someone else signs in. *slow clap*

    @boyscout137 @Arcon_ @ArloSmartHome Lastly, and possibly the most maddening part – To get support, you must log in to access the e-mail ticket system. If that is down, there is no way to get assistance. The chat is unmanned and redirects you to the broken login for support.

    @boyscout137 @Arcon_ @ArloSmartHome I literally reach out on the 1st or the 2nd, and it is days to get a response from the team that they have started working on it. Then days to receive the receipt. There is no self-help option. No e-mailed receipt. Nothing.

    @ArloSmartHome Please advise on how to grant another person access on my new wireless video doorbell. I’ve granted additional access in the invite but is still not working. Not impressed so far - stuff like this should be totally intuitive 😢

    @ArloSmartHome - I spent over 3 weeks trying to get your customer support people to replace your broken doorbell. I even called an actual electrician to have him confirm the issue. Then you just closed the case. Please reach out to me, this is infuriating
